TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time varies based upon service.
Please allow up to 2 to 7 business days standard for turnaround time for design services, unless stated otherwise. Clock starts AFTER you the client have emailed us all necessary info, images, etc (HIGH QUALITY IMAGES PREFERRED). Please allow 1 to 2 business days for any changes/revisions to your project.
All services will be completed in the order in which they were booked.
COMMUNICATION IS KEY
Email will be used for all communication
Unless you have a weekend appointment, working business days are Monday through Friday. Within 24-72 hours, you should receive an email response from the designer regarding your proposal.

Please keep in mind that, once your order has been placed, further information may be asked from you in order to finish this project.
